  4. 0' Behind them come Esteve Rabat, Johann Zarco, Joan Olive, Takaaki Nakagami and Simone Corsi.

  5. 0' Bradl is seventh while small boy Smith takes eighth ahead of Cortese, Swiss Randy Krummenacher and Redding.

  8. 1' Iannone is going to win this race, while Simon is fifth in the mix of those four chasers!!

  9. 1' SIMON HAS MESSED IT UP!! HE THOUGHT HE'D WON AND WAS PUNCHING THE AIR!!

  10. 1' Simon still in front, with the fans roaring him on with a lap to go... 0.268 the gap...

  11. 2' Coming up after Catalunya is the Dutch TT, German GP and British GP at Donington Park. Marquez was at the back of the four after running off the track a lap before - but up to fifth again now. Season calendar

  12. 3' Simon egged on by the loyal Spanish fans, while Italian Iannone looks to spoil the party... he cannot quite burst past him at the end of the lap...

  13. 4' Smith will have to be content with seventh or eighth - accident/problem permitting - as he and Bradl are over six seconds behind those four riders.

  14. 5' Gadea in a podium spot now, followed by Marquez on the KTM, Terol then Folger. Simon leads...

  15. 6' Marquez now at the front of the four who are trying for third: Gadea, Terol and Folger also at it.

  16. 7' Marquez fourth now and Smith is still chasing. They are all alone with four battling riders behind them, including Redding and Sandro Cortese.

  17. 8' Iannone at the front as Smith now chases Bradl, having been passed. And Simon again comes through on the finish line. They are setting themselves up for a last-lap battle.

  18. 9' The battle at the front is still going on, seemingly attached to one another by an unusually strong piece of elastic.

  19. 10' Webb is out after damaging his finger, a real shame. Of course we have all three races for you today. For now enjoy the 125s, and read all the reaction following qualifying for the other classes... click here

  20. 11' With 11 to go Gadea is 1.68s behind the leading pair, while the gap from Smith to 15-year-old Folger is 2.12s. What is he doing racing a bike like that around a circuit like this, at his age? Answer: he loves it!!

  21. 12' Gadea is past Terol into third while Marquez has passed Folger for fifth... battles all over the shop.

  22. 13' Aspar's Simon leads but he and Ongetta rider Iannone are swapping that top spot time and time again...

  23. 14' Marc Marquez is past Smith and sixth, while Redding is ninth - with Stefan Bradl separating the Britons. Simon, Iannone, Terol, Gadea and Folger in the top five spots.

  24. 15' Iannone cannot prevent Simon passing him again on the start/finish straight. It is a packed house again for this mental Catalan GP at Montmelo, all of them blaring their airhorns following that...

  25. 16' Iannone back in front after Simon again has a short spell in P1. Terol only 1.5 seconds behind in third. Smith is on the march, now sixth. See how many points Smith leads by: Riders' standings

  26. 17' Lukas Sembera on the Aprilia is furious, punching the air as he enters the garage after pulling up. AND ESPARGARO IS OUT!! He lost power and the following riders had to swerve to avoid him!! He hangs his head on the Derbi in the gravel.

  27. 18' Simon past Iannone for first spot!! But it only lasts for a few corners: the Italian bites back. They are having a right old ding dong.

  2. "Smith is making ground and catching the leading group". I could plainly see on my TV, that Smith was going backwards.
"All the spectators are on their feet". I could plainly see that the crowd were in fact sitting in their seats.
This was Eurosports commentator on the 125cc race. I think that it was Carlton Kirkby.
Commentators must speak with intergrity and not hipe it up. Why do they do it? Also, less use of the word
"unbelieveable" would be much appriciated. Very irksom!!!
