0 Simoncelli takes the chequered flag.

1 Bautista now challenging Debon but it looks like he'll run out of laps.

1 Bautista takes Aoyama for third place on the final lap.

3 Pasini has crashed out as Aoyama holds off Barbera.

3 Maybe Debon can be caught as Aoyama, Barbera, Bautista and Pesini continue their thrilling battle for third.

4 Pasini now joins the battle for third spot as somehow Aoyama holds on the third spot. The quartet are closing the gap on the leaders but it's unlikely they have enough laps left to catch Simoncelli and Debon.

6 Bautista takes Aoyama on the kerb side but the Japanese responds to keep third spot.

8 All the action is for the final podium place, with Aoyama being pushed hard by Barbera and Bautista. The Japanes rider under all sorts of pressure here.

9 Less than 10 laps to go now and Debon staying with Simoncelli, but riders in third, fourth and fifth are going to have to do something special to stop Italian from claiming the chequered flag.

12 Already Simoncelli is opening up a gap on Debon.

13 Debon is racing Simoncelli well but eventually the Italian passes him. Question is whether or not Debon can stay with him?

14 Debon looking comfortable but Simoncelli is closing the gap and looks set to overtake. Aoyoma in third.

17 This shoertened race is going to go flash by and Debon has taken over the lead from Simoncelli. Track looks to be in not too bad condition.

19 Nineteen laps in total and the riders are off.

- Shortened race because of the rain as the riders set out on their warm-up lap.

- The riders are out on the grid now but the rain is still falling.

- 29 laps for the riders when we do get underway, with Hector Barbera and Alvaro Bautista completing the front row.

- Marco Simoncelli on pole position but we have a 15-minute delay due to heavy rain at the German track.
