Cardiff have completed the signing of Craig Noone from Brighton on a four-year deal.
The 24-year-old becomes manager Malky Mackay's ninth signing of the summer, joining the likes of Craig Bellamy, Heidar Helguson and Tommy Smith at the Welsh club.
The Liverpool-born wideman started his career at Plymouth before joining the Seagulls in January 2011.
Noone told the club's official website: "I'm delighted to be here at such a big club that wants to get promoted to the Premier League.
"I knew there was some interest from Cardiff back in January for me and when I heard that there was a chance of moving again I was hoping it wouldn't go down to the last day. I'm just glad it's all done now and can't wait to play.
"I have trained with the lads and felt sharp so fingers crossed I'll be involved on Sunday if I continue training well over the next couple of days."
