At the Tour de l'Ain in France, Yauheni Hutarovich (FDJ) won the second stage, from Lagnieu to Ambérieu-en-Bugey, ahead of Andre Schulze (NetApp) and Sebastiaen Chavanel (Europcar).
Hutarovich leads the general classification by 10 seconds.
