DeGale retained the European super-middleweight title with a unanimous decision over Frenchman Hadillah Mohoumadi at the Kent venue last October, but has since vacated the belt.
He will defend the WBC ‘Silver’ belt at the show, which he won in his last fight against Fulgencio Zuniga, again by unanimous decision, in Hull in December.
DeGale said “I’m excited to be boxing at Glow again, it was a tremendous atmosphere for my last fight and it’s a great venue to headline at.
“This year is going to be a big year for me, I’m looking to be the first ever British Olympic Gold Medallist who goes on and wins a professional world title.”
The undefeated Chris Eubank Jr, who fought underneath ‘Chunky’ at Glow last year, will again provide support in a middleweight contest in search of his 10th professional win.
