Centre Chris Bridge was the notable omission when the clubs announced their 19-man squads for Saturday's Carnegie Challenge Cup final at Wembley.
Bridge was in the Warrington team that beat Huddersfield both in the 2009 final and in last month's semi-final but has made only one appearance over the last five weeks and utility back Stefan Ratchford is expected to take his place.
Ratchford was at scrum-half in the 33-6 win over the Giants but that spot is expected to go to Richie Myler, who was left out of Warrington's team for the 2010 final against Leeds.
Forwards Mike Cooper, Tyrone McCarthy and Simon Grix are expected to be vying for one place on the bench alongside Garreth Carvell, Michael Monaghan and Paul Wood.
As expected, Leeds have recalled hooker or half-back Rob Burrow after recovering from a calf strain which forced him to miss the last two matches.
Jimmy Keinhorst and Richard Moore are expected to be the ones to drop out of coach Brian McDermott's initial squad.
