The 21-year-old is Town's fourth signing of the January transfer window following the loan arrivals of David McGoldrick, Aaron Mclean and Patrick Kisnorbo.
Nouble, who began his career at Chelsea, has penned an 18-month contract at Portman Road and has been allocated the number 35 shirt.
