Diame has missed the last two games with a groin injury, although his absence did not prove costly as the Latics recorded victories over Liverpool and Stoke to boost their survival hopes.
Wigan boss Roberto Martinez told the Wigan Evening Post: "Momo has trained really well this week and I am working under the assumption he will be fully fit for the last seven fixtures.
"He has responded very well to treatment and we just need to make sure we tailor his programme to make sure he gets back to exactly the same level he was at earlier in the season."
Rodallega has been struggling with a knee problem but Martinez expects him to be available at some point during a three-game sequence that sees the Latics take on Chelsea, Manchester United and Arsenal.
"The question is when, but I fully expect him to be able to play his part over what will be a very demanding schedule," said Martinez. "Although he is improving all the time, he hasn't yet trained with the team."
