Didot, 28, suffered the injury three weeks ago and it had been hoped that he would return before the end of the campaign,
But coach Alain Casanova said on Tuesday that he would return for pre-season, with right-back Serge Aurier also out for over a week with a twisted ankle.
Casanova was speaking ahead of Wednesday’s Ligue 1 match with Lyon, when he will also be without winger Franck Tabanou and Tunisia defender Aymen Abdennour, who are both suspended.
Veteran midfielder Pantxi Sirieix will fill in for Didot, while Mali centre-half Mohamed Fofana will return in place of Abdennour.
Fofana, 27, has been absent from the first team since late August after suffering a series of injuries.
