Belarus star Azarenka crushed Romania's Simona Halep 6-1 6-1 in 54 minutes.
Azarenka, who was victorious at the China Open in Beijing on Sunday, has reached the last eight losing only four games following her crushing 6-0 6-2 win over Arantxa Rus on Wenesday.
The 46th ranked Halep was broken on six occasions as she buckled in under an hour.
It is the penultimate competition of the top seed’s schedule for the year, with the WTA Championships to follow.
Azarenka will next take on Petra Martic.
"I felt I played much better than yesterday, and it's important for me to progress from one day to another," Azarenka said.
"I'm not really thinking about statistics or how many matches I'm winning right now, I'm just trying to keep going."
Former world number one Ana Ivanovic also booked her place in the last eight with a 6-4 6-4 win over Germany's Andrea Petkovic.
Two-times Linz champion Ivanovic will play Kirsten Flipkens for a place in the semi-finals, after the Belgian beat fellow qualifier Mallory Burdette 4-6 6-1 7-5.
