Rovers went down 1-0 to Carlisle last weekend but results elsewhere meant they retained their position at the summit on goal difference.
Orient head into the match on the back of their midweek defeat to Southend in the first leg of the Johnstone's Paint Trophy southern area final but are unbeaten in four league games, and Moore is full of respect for their boss Russell Slade.
He told Press Association Sport: "Russ has got them going again, he knows the job inside out. He's a big mate Russell and I'm pleased for him.
"Leyton Orient at Leyton Orient is one of the toughest you can ask. To go there and win you have to play well.
"Swindon have just been down there and drew there, they went to Stevenage (last weekend) and won 1-0.
"If our lads are in that frame of mind where they think they're just turning up then they're in big trouble because we aren't good enough to be doing that."
