The 25-year-old scored in Saturday's shock 3-1 win at Leyton Orient as the Iron moved within two points of safety.
Victory over the O's was Brian Laws' third since returning to the club in October and Mozika paid tribute to the former Burnley boss for making the side more competitive.
"This win helps us a lot and now we need to keep our heads up and keep going," he told BBC Radio Humberside.
"There is no doubt that we are going to stay in this league because we have some good players.
"He (Laws) is all about being aggressive and pressing and that is what we needed."
