The 33-year-old former Celtic man endured a difficult start to life at Saints and was alleged to have thrown a water bottle and swore at home fans in just his second game for the club.
After the club competed an internal investigation, Boruc returned to the starting line-up against Arsenal on New Year's Day and has started every game since.
The Poland international's impressive performances for the club has led to concerns he could leave the club in the summer when his contract expires.
Boruc was coy when asked about his future last week but manager Pochettino was far more forthcoming after Saturday's 3-1 defeat of Liverpool.
"It is clear to me and to the club that we are happy with Boruc," the Argentinian said.
"But those are negotiations that need to happen between the club and the player."
