Football - Powell keen to remain positive

Charlton boss Chris Powell is expecting a stern test at his old club Leicester on Tuesday night.

The Addicks are desperate to get back to winning ways following Saturday's defeat at Hull, but Powell is not expecting any favours from the club where he ended his playing career and began coaching.

"It's so tight that three points is massive. Regardless of where you are in the table it's huge because it's so tight," he said.

"If you get a couple of wins it can really move you up and a couple of losses can move you down.

"So we've got to remain positive. There are a number of games left and they are all tough in their own way and they ask questions of you in different ways. We are going to have another big question asked of us on Tuesday against Leicester.

"We are going to have to regroup and have to be mentally and physically right for that, but it's all about the points and trying to get them as soon as you can and obviously we will be trying our best to do that."
