The former Aston Villa and West Brom striker has been a bit-part player for much of his time with the Swans, and his close-range strike against the Magpies was his first Premier League goal for almost a year.
Laudrup is already looking at ways to strengthen his squad for next season, and a number of fringe players are expected to leave in the summer.
But Moore, who has a year left on his contract, is in no rush to sit down with the Dane.
He told the South Wales Evening Post: "I haven't asked for a meeting because I don't think it's the time," he said.
"I'm a good professional and I just get on with things. There's no point moping about. I need to finish the season as best as I can, and that's all I can do.
"I've got another year left so we'll see. I just want to concentrate on the latter part of the season and hopefully I can kick on."
