Eurosport - Chris Holroyd has joined League Two Morecambe
Holroyd was released by North End on January 5 and could make his Shrimps debut on Friday night providing the Globe Arena passes a 10:00am pitch inspection.
The 26-year-old makes Morecambe the ninth club of his career after scoring nine goals in 21 appearances for Blue Square Bet Premier outfit Macclesfield this term.
