Rovers have won five of their nine games at Ewood Park this term but have tasted victory just once on the road, at Bournemouth in September, and face back-to-back away games against Ipswich and QPR.
"We go full of confidence, we won't underestimate either of them," winger Taylor told the club's official website. "They are two tough games like it is every week. But we believe that we can go anywhere and get the win.
"We have to start doing that away from home, our record has to improve and hopefully that will start this week."
Saturday's success moved Blackburn up to 13th, five points adrift of the top six and Taylor knows they need to stay in touch with the play-off pack.
"With this squad of players we know we can go on a run and quickly rise up the league, so I'm hoping that this is the time that we start shooting up the league," he added.
"We've just got to believe in what we are doing, all stick together - fans included - and hopefully we can go one way, and that is up.
"If we can be in and around the pack, then I believe come the end of the season we'll have a right chance."
