Australia's Laura Peel came second, with Xu's compatriot Zhang Xin in third.
Xu's nearest rival on the overall leaderboard Lydia Lassila could only manage eighth on the night, leaving her 164 points adrift. Zhang is third overall, a further 32 points back.
In the men's event, Maxim Gustik topped the podium, the Belarusian edging out home hope Travis Gerrits and Michael Rossi of the US.
China's Jia Zongyang, the overall aerials leader, came in fourth but maintains a sizeable lead over second-placed Gerrits.
