Rose and Hanson won a sudden-death chip-off at The Breakers Palm Beach to claim the £180,000 winners’ purse, with Bradley and Johnson collecting around £140,000.
Hanson’s 43-foot chip finished closer to the hole than Bradley’s effort which stopped three-and-a-half feet from the mark.
Finishing third were Mark O’Meara and Mark Calcavecchia for a prize money sum of £100,000, and Zach Johnson and Kyle Stanley took home £84,000 in fourth.
"The Ryder Cup? It crosses your mind, I guess," said Rose after the win.
"Emotions are high at the Ryder Cup, but you always have that respect. Here, you still want to feel that adrenaline. The competitive juices always flow."
