Keisse looked all set to win comfortably as he had a 30 second lead going into the final corner of the race.
However, he then incredibly crashed on that bend and also broke his chain, but he still managed to get back on the bike and finish just ahead of the peloton for a famous win.
Marcel Kittel (Argos-Shimano) led in the peloton while Bulgaria's Ivailo Gabrovski remains at the top of the general classification with one stage remaining.
