Fulham have opened contract talks with defender Aaron Hughes, Press Association Sport understands.
Hughes is in the final 12 months of his current deal and is one of a number of members from the Cottagers squad negotiating new terms.
The 32-year-old Northern Ireland defender has made more than 200 appearances for Fulham and last season performed a U-turn on his decision to retire from international football.
