The Capote star will appear in 'The Hunger Games: Catching Fire' when it hits screens in 2013 - and he's going to be the newly-appointed Head Gamemaker for the 75th Hunger Games.

Fans of the book will already know that this is a pretty huge deal; those in charge of the Hunger Games are not just in charge of the battle coverage, but also the Tributes as they go head-to-head in a fight to the death.

In the second film, viewers will see Katniss Everdeen and Peeta Mellark returning to the dangerous games arena as part of a special anniversary celebration, where they compete against former winners from various districts - as opposed to new tributes - in a fight to the death.

Philip Seymour Hoffman will join Jennifer Lawrence, Josh Hutcherson, Liam Hemsworth, Elizabeth Banks and more in the much-anticipated sequel to 'The Hunger Games'.
