Goalkeeper Cesar and forward Pazzini appear to be heading for the exit door at the San Siro, but Douglas Maicon is a surprise inclusion in the squad despite being linked with a summer switch to Real Madrid.
Dejan Stankovic and Ricky Alvarez also miss the match due to fitness issues.
Maicon could be ruled out of Real's Champions League campaign if he faces Split then leaves Inter in August.
