    Liga - Getafe beat Zaragoza as both sides see red

    Getafe's Pedro León and Real Zaragoza's Glenn Loovens were sent off as Getafe defeated Real Zaragoza 2-0 in La Liga at the Coliseum Alfonso Pérez.

    Zaragoza's Loovens went in the 59th minute while Getafe's León was given a red card in the 63rd minute.

    Adrián Colunga slotted home the opening goal in the 21st minute into the lower right of the net after intercepting José María Movilla's pass and finishing the move with a right-footed shot.

    Sergio Escudero scored the second as he found the back of the net with a left-footed shot strike that came in the 60th minute.

    With 38 points Geta trail Real Sociedad by two for the final Europa League spot, and have compiled a record of 11 wins, 10 losses and five draws on the season. Los Blanquillos are in 17th place with a record of seven wins, 15 losses and four draws.
