Motherwell have confirmed the Scotland forward will take part in a testimonial for his former team-mate Stevie Hammell at Fir Park.
McFadden left Motherwell for Everton in a £1.25million deal in August 2003 and has been training with the Clydesdale Bank Premier League club after a second spell at Goodison Park ended in May.
McFadden last played at Fir Park for Everton in a friendly in 2005.
