The 18-year-old academy graduate is into his third year of Liverpool's youth system and will gain some vital first-team experience with the Cobblers.
"Henoc will be here until at least January," boss Aidy Boothroyd told the club's official website.
"He's only 18 years old but he's very talented and he's here to learn.
"He's a lot different to Toni Silva in both his stature and the way that he plays but I was very pleased with how he did when he came on against West Ham.
"I've worked with a lot of good young players and Henoc has definitely one with a lot of potential."
