The 30-year-old centre back looks set to end his career with the Toffees after agreeing a two-year extension to his existing contract. He will be now be with the side until the summer of 2017.
Jagielka has been at Everton since signing from Sheffield United in 2007 after seven years with the Blades.
He has 14 international caps to his name and has been a regular starter under current England boss Roy Hodgson.
