Rangers have drawn holders Falkirk away from home in the second round of the Ramsdens Cup.
Rangers qualified for the second round on Sunday after beating Brechin 2-1 after extra-time in their first match as a new company, with versatile utility man Lee McCulloch grabbing the winner for the Ibrox side.
Ally McCoist's team lost 3-2 to First Division Falkirk in last season's Scottish Communities League Cup.
The tie will be played in the midweek of August 14-15.
