The tie is a repeat of the 2009 final which Warrington won 25-16.
That was the first of three Wembley triumphs in four years for the Wolves, who were 34-12 winners over Huddersfield in the Super League at the John Smith's Stadium a fortnight ago.
The other eye-catching tie is Catalan Dragons' home tie against in-form Hull.
The Dragons were beaten finalists in 2007 while Hull, who have won seven of their last eight matches in all competitions, lifted the Cup in 2005.
Favourites Wigan landed a home tie against Widnes while London Broncos got the tie all the seven Super League clubs wanted when they were paired with Sheffield Eagles, the only part-time club left in the competition.
Challenge Cup draw: Catalan Dragons v Hull, Warrington v Huddersfield, Wigan v Widnes, Sheffield Eagles v London Broncos.
Ties to be played on July 12/15.
