Serie A - Ibrahimovic's wages 'too high' for Italian clubs

Zlatan Ibrahimovic's agent says his client is unlikely to sign for an Italian club because no team in the country can afford him.

The Paris Saint-Germain striker has been linked with a swift exit from the French capital in the summer but it is unlikely he will return to any of his former clubs in Serie A.

"Italian clubs at the moment are looking for players with low wages,” Mino Raiola told Radio Kiss Kiss on Thursday.

"As a result, it would be hard to see great players like Ibrahimovic arrive – even if you can never say never in football."

Ibrahimovic has won Serie A titles with Juventus, Internazionale and AC Milan.

The Swedish striker has also been linked with Bayern Munich but Raiola said the 31 is not looking for a move.
