Wang won her sixth 500m outing by 0.070seconds ahead of Marianne St-Gelais to end the season unbeaten and sit top of the overall World Cup rankings for the distance with 6000 points.
Noh followed in Wang's tracks by winning the second of two 1500m events in Dresden with Shim doing the same in the women's event for a perfect ending to their individual World Cup efforts.
Kim Yun-Jae was no match for Noh in Germany as he clocked a winning time of 2:18.203minutes for his fifth win of the season and a cushion of almost 2500 points on runner-up overall Victor An.
And Shim, who didn't race in the first of the two 1500m events in Dresden won by Brit Elise Christie, claimed her sixth victory to also end the season unbeaten over the distance ahead.
The only individual event on the last day not to be won by the World Cup winner was the men's 500m as Liang Wenhao collected his second victory in Germany after triumphing in the 1000m.
Double Olympic champion Charles Hamelin already had the overall World Cup title in the distance secured ahead of the eighth and final round with Liang beating teammate Wu Dajing to first.
Meanwhile in the women's 3000m relay, World Cup champions China couldn't complete their season with a win as they finished third behind victors the Netherlands and then Canada.
However in the men's 5000m relay Korea could, the last World Cup round in Sochi, which acted as the Olympic test event, their only blip of the five races scheduled for the season.
