    Svendsen wins junior ITT gold

    Norway's Oskar Svendsen won the junior men's time trial at the UCI Road World Championships in Limburg.

    He completed the 26.6km course between Landgraaf and Valkenburg in 35 minutes and 34 seconds, beating Slovenian Matej Mohoric and German Maximilian Schachmann.

    Brits Jon Dibben and Tao Geoghegan Hart were 17th and 35th respectively.

    The likes of Taylor Phinney, Marcel Kittel and Mikhail Ignatiev have won this title in the past decade.
