Miley, who won a silver and bronze at last year's competition in Szczecin, is one of a number of experienced swimmers on the team, which will also feature several talented youngsters.
Fellow Olympians Robbie Renwick, Aimee Willmott, Michael Rock and Siobhan-Marie O’Connor have been included on the roster, while Jack Burnell, Lauren Quigley and Karley Mann, who took home medals from the US Open meet in August on their senior team debuts, have also been named.
European junior champions Joseph Patching and Molly Renshaw will race at the event in France - the first since international swimming championships since the London 2012 Olympic Games.
“We’re looking forward to a fast meet in France. We know the Europeans will be up for swimming fast," said head coach Mark Rose.
“We’re looking forward to kicking off the first competition of the new quadrennial cycle with a good solid week.”
