Leeds have signed veteran goalkeeper Maik Taylor on a deal until the end of the season.
The 40-year-old joined the West Yorkshire club on a short-term contract in November and has now committed his future for the rest of the current campaign.
Simon Grayson told the club's official website: "Maik has got good experience to be in and around the squad and obviously if anything happens to Andy Lonergan, Maik can step in."
Taylor, a former Northern Ireland international, has yet to feature for Grayson's side.
Taylor's initial deal was due to expire after Leeds' home match with Ipswich on January 21.
