Thursday saw Boe storm to victory in the men's 10km sprint and Berger was keen to get in on the action, repeating the feat in the women's 7.5km sprint.
Berger, fresh from winning four gold medals at the 2013 Biathlon World Championships in Nove Mesto, was once again in devastating form as she was perfect with the rifle to come home first in 21:31.2 minutes.
Finishing second in Norway was Belarusian Darya Domracheva, who finished with bronze while Berger was winning 15km gold at the 2010 Winter Olympics in Vancouver.
Domracheva missed two targets to come home in 21:43.2 minutes, while Slovakian Anastasiya also picked up the same number of penalties in third.
The win stretches Berger's already commanding lead atop the overall World Cup standings to 289 points.
Berger sits pretty at the summit on 949 points with Domracheva second on 660 and German Andrea Henkel, who was sixth in Norway, is third on 638 with seven events remaining.
Meanwhile, Great Britain's Amanda Lightfoot finished 91st, missing seven targets to cross the line in 27:34.7 minutes.
