Zorana Arunovic Biography
One of the stars at the 2010 world championships, Arunovic will try to carry over that success to her first Olympic Games. She won a gold medal in the 10-meter air pistol during her first appearance at a senior-level world championships and took silver in the 25-meter event. She also earned her first gold in World Cup competition in May. Arunovic's only other medal during that series, a silver in the 10-meter pistol, was won in 2011. Among her other top recent finishes was a win at the 2009 Mediterranean Games and a second-place showing at the 2011 University Games. Arunovic also won a junior world title in the 25-meter pistol in 2006 and a European championship in the 10-meter event.
