Rousseff vows to listen to Brazil's protesting youths

Brazil's President Dilma Rousseff tried to get ahead of a wave of popular protest Tuesday, vowing to listen to the complaints of youths angered by the cost of staging the World Cup.
A day after more than 250,000 people took to the streets of major cities in mostly peaceful rallies, and with thousands more gathered in the city of Sao Paolo for a second day of protest, Rousseff expressed understanding.
