69' Contepomi back on the pitch after his sin-binning takes advantage of someone else being shown the yellow. Matt Mustchin is sent off and Leinster kick themselves back out of the one-score range- 67' Paterson kicks the penalty as Edinburgh continue their slow progress but they are still livid they didn't get the try from that
- 67' Edinburgh break and have a one man advantage but as Southwell is trying to find his man inside him, an offside Whitaker gets a hand to the ball in mid air and Edinbugh will have the penalty. Edinburgh are furious though as they feel they should have had the penalty try

- 24' TRY LEINSTER! Contepomi breaks from nowhere with a show and go before offloading to O'Driscoll, on what looked suspiciously like a forward passa, and the Ireland captain races away to the line
- 23' Heaslip and CJ van der Linde almost make Edinburgh pay for a spot of indiscipline at the back but the hosts manage to get back in the nick of time and clear the danger
