    • 80' Wallabies finishing on the front foot but ball gets stuck in ruck and ref blows for full-time. Australia win 34-12. Not a great Test match but a good run out for most of Deans's bench. Next up the big one: South Africa v the Lions!
    • 77' Barnes makes it 34-12.
    • 76' Wallabies launch attack from deep and Ashley-Cooper hands off Toniolatti to burst clear under the posts. 32-12.
    • 72' Ashley-Cooper on for O'Connor, Valentine for Burgess.
    • 71' Barnes adds conversion and Wallabies lead 27-12.
    • 70' Aussies launch counter through O'Connor and Cross. Forwards recycle ball and Cooper pops ball up for Turner to burst clear and score under posts. 25-12.
    • 70' Ashley-Cooper grubber forces Italy back into their 22. Visitors must win this lineout throw, which they do through Favaro before Gower clears up field.
    • 68' Waugh on for Kimlin.
    • 66' Italy win lineout on Wallabies 22 and launch rolling maul. Gower chips through but ball hits upright and Wallabies lucky ball bounces way of their defender.
    • 65' Italy find touch but called back because ball brought back into 22. But Wallabies fail to win lineout throw and Italy clear danger.
    • 64' Ghiraldini on for Sbaraglini.
    • 63' Turner caught trying to counter from deep and Italy earn penalty for not releasing. Parisse opts for goal and McLean adds the extra points to make it 20-12.
    • 60' Barnes evades Italy tackle and feeds inside to Horwill. Pocock continues attack before Italy concede penalty in front of their posts. Barnes takes over kicking from O'Connor - who has cramp - but pushes the easy kick wide!
    • 57' Wallabies so far scoreless in this quarter, which will please Italy coach Mallett, but whether Italy can actually threaten to win game is unlikely.
    • 55' Wallabies pinch ball at lineout and launch attack in Italy 22. But Mumm is caught in possession and penalised for not releasing, allowing McLean to find touch near half way.
    • 55' Italy much better in this half, but Gower tries grubber through only to be snapped up by Smith, who kicks ahead and finds touch 40m up field.
    • 53' Zani and Geldnehuys on for Italy.
    • 51' Italy enjoying good period of possession and look a better attacking side with Gower at 10. He at least takes the ball at speed and has some pace to ask questions of defence.
    • 48' Favaro makes half break and Garcia continues with nice step and burst into Wallabies 22. But ball is turned over and Aussies clear to touch.
    • 45' Good attacking position for Italy and they earn penlty for Barnes not rolling away. McLean adds his third penalty to cut Wallabies' lead to 20-9.
    • 43' Parisse has taken Kimlin's head in his face and is down getting treatment. Thankfully he's back up as Italy can hardly afford to do without their skipper.
    • 42' Perugini on for Italy as O'Connor finds lovely touch deep in Italy 22.
    • 41' Gowe gets the second half started for Italy.
    • 40' O'Connor misses conversion but ref blows for half-time and Wallabies lead 20-6.
    • 40' Ashley-Cooper comes off his wing and bursts through the Italy midfield. He feeds his oppositve wing Turner, who is hauled down just short before passing back inside to Ashley-Cooper who dives over for Wallabies' third try. 20-6.
    • 35' Lovely break from Garcia sets up Italy attacking position in Wallabies 22. Australia offside and McLean has another chance to cut their lead, but his kick comes off the upright.
    • 31' McLean this time on target to cut Wallabies lead to 15-3.
    • 30' Italy forward pick and drive and earn penalty for Wallabies not releasing. Hynes off the field for some stiches to blood injury.
    • 29' Wallabies penalised for offside and McLean has shot on goal from wide out. But full-back pulls his kick.
    • 27' O'Connor adds conversion and Wallabies lead 15-3 with just under half an hour gone.
    • 26' High ball from Gower not claimed by Cross, but the ball bounces in his favour and he sets up attack. O'Connor feeds ball back inside and Cross goes over for Wallabies' second try. 13-3 Australia.
    • 24' Tebadli charged dwon by Smith, who then earns Wallabies penalty when he pressures Tebaldi into not releasing. This time Wallabies opt for goal. Better strike from O'Connor and Wallabies lead 8-0.
    • 20' Tebaldi fails to release and Wallabies have penalty chance in Italy 22. Aussies kick for corner rather than go for goal but squander opportunity when they fail to win lineout.
    • 17' Hynes kick not claimed by Parisse. Alexander takes loose ball and the prop makes 30m into Italy half to set up attacking position. Hint of a side-set from Alexander as well!
    • 14' O'Connor chips ahead and ball bounces badly for McLean. Burgess claims ball and feeds inside to O'Connor but Italy defence is good.
    • 11' Australia strech Italy defence through Burgess and spread ball wide to Cooper on the right wing. Cooper is hauled down just short but Polota-Nau on hand to touch down on his second start for the Wallabies. 5-3 Australia.
    • 7' Australia playing very flat and on the attack now.
    • 5' Early replacement as Quartaroli comes on for Sgarbi, who injured his leg in Italy's first move.
    • 2' Wallabies offside and Italy have early shot on goal. McLean makes no mistake from in front of the posts and Italy lead 3-0.
    • 1' Barnes gets the game underway and Italy send up high ball to test 18-year-old Aussie full-back James O'Connor. Not the best of starts for the hat-trick hero from last week as he knocks on.
