  6. well done to Lions after a difficult tour,with injuries­ and quite a few things going against them.But thats­ life.The Boks were not as good as they could be over­ all three tests either .At the end of the day the lions­ couldnt do it.
    So JohnB you must have a few memory­ probs...the Boks did it all fair and square at the­ world cup.Even ol Vickery said so.
    It reminds me of the­ old days when other teams used to get stitched up at­ Twickenham.So now the boot is on the other foot.next­ time lads.

  7. South Africa resort to bully boy tactics when the game­ is lost, the lions have taken the 2 defeats with grace,­ even though they were not beaten by a better rugby­ team. A fair crack of the whip and this series would­ have ended with a different score. Justice at last,­ even though we had men missing. Well played Lions.­ Sorry forgot SA had changes to their bullies for this­ game. Take it and fret while our boys celebrate.

  13. I've read a lot of pommie bashing over the last­ three weeks about winging. Now the boot is on the other­ foot there seems to be a lot of SAs that are now­ looking for the excuses. Even the team was winging by­ wearing a pathetic armband.

    This game just shows that­ the Lions deserved to win all three tests. Without the­ assistance of the ref or linesman the Bokke looked like­ schoolboys and were unable to cross the Lions line. You­ have to give the Boks credit. They played it fair this­ week but without the foul play they can't compete­ and the result is they were crushed. Not the best of­ the three test but when one side doesn't turn up,­ what do you expect.

    Not a series win but certainly­ moral highground (no cheating or gouging from the­ Lions) and the arrogance of the Springboks well and­ truly humbled.

  16. See what happens when there is a decent ref who­ controls the game and keeps the thugs in green in­ order. They had to play fair today as they eyes of the­ rugby world were on the cheating scum. Look at what­ happens when they can't cheat and have to play­ rugby --they get their arses kicked and by the lions B­ team: Just imagine what would have happened if they­ Lions A team had been playing against a team that plays­ rugby:

  20. See the real whingers are the SA on here. You lost this­ one now act like Men and eccept it on the chin. And yes­ milesmcdonald SA have won more World Cups than England­ but But England have a better World Cup record than New­ Zealand and we have been in 3 finals which is more than­ SA. Plus we are a nation of many Sports unlike SA. Who­ only play a couple that were all invented by us Brits.­ I hope the Footy World Cup goes alright and is not­ cancelled because you cant get your Country in order
