  2. Not the best example of an international referee's­ performance, perhaps indicating why he was dropped from­ the panel. If a player throws the ball into the crowd­ to prevent a line-out being taken quickly, that is­ normally a yellow card unless the match is run by Mr­ Pearson with Mr Barnes on the line that this occurred­ and then we had a 2 minute stoppage whilst the TMO­ reviewed nothing because DP and his assistant WB­ didn't know what to do! Gladly the endeavour by­ players did not descend into the punch-ups and hair­ pulling of recent matches - credit both sides for that.­ I am not crying over spilt milk because Tigers showed­ more desire whilst at times Saints seemed to have no­ idea and lacked commitment. At this rate and on that­ performance, Chiefs and not Saints will be in the­ play-offs.
