Hello everyone and welcome to Jonah Lomu's Rugby World Cup 2007 blog.
The tournament runs from 7 September to 20 October and Jonah will be blogging exclusively for Yahoo! Eurosport so be sure to come back to see what he has to say about the events taking place in France.
In his blog, the Rugby World Cup all-time try scorer will be giving his predictions and sharing his thoughts on performances. But it's not all him. You can comment on his posts and pose questions to the big man himself. So think about what you want to ask him and add your comments now. He's looking forwards to hearing from you.
See you soon,

hi jonah its nice to see you,but what has happend to your hair? as you looked better with hair lol i was a chambermaid at the hotel you all stayed in (the all blacks) in birmingham way back in 1995/6,hope you are well.rose.
Good to see you at the match, however, after a good first half, what are your comments about the second half, I may be wrong but, I thought the Italians attacked the AB's more in the second half, therefore highlighting some weakness, and why don't the AB's play like they used to when the did nothing but attack the opposition for the full 80 minutes. you are a legend great to know you are giving your insights now, I looked upto you as a kid and i still do now 1995 was amazing watching you demolishing my beloved england,
Best Wishes

Jonah,
Although Portugal are amateurs, it will serve their and European Rugby's cause well, if it was expanded to a seven nations competition. I mean who would of thought that Italy would of progressed as well as they did. The old joke that why are Italy are in the Six Nations?? To stop Wales/Scotland/England/ Ireland winning the wooden spoon jokes etc, its good for Portugal and European Rugby. After tonights efforts who could deny them
Hope you are staying well

Hi Tali, Toho here. I think you are spot on with your comments regarding south africa. if it does come down to the usual suspects, i think the boks are our biggest threat. Talk about depth, i just hope we have enough in the tank in all necessary positions i.e. the starting XV. Anyway, live in england now and will be reading all world cup. P.S. Have a shave.
Hi Jonah,
Could you please clarify the bonus point system as it's a little too much to grasp, according to the RWC site I quote ''A team will earn one bonus point if they score four or more tries in a game. A team will also earn a bonus point if they lose by seven points or less.'' Is this now one point each or is it one or the other or do you have to achieve both 'targets' to earn the bonus point? If it is one point for each achievement then the result tables are incorrect.Hope you understand where I'm getting at.
Hey Jonah, keep up the blogs mate. If your about Wales any time over the world cup, come down and see the boys at the Dingle, were still there every Monday night and the Jonah darts trophy LOL is still on the shelf.
