5-4 - Another love service game from Blake will force Fish to serve out the match
5-3 - Pressure, what pressure? Fish holds again with ease to leave himself just one game from a great win
4-3 - A third love service game in this set from Blake to stop the rot but he hasn't shown anything yet that would suggest he can challenge Fish's serve
4-2 - Fantastic serving yet again from Fish as he races through a service hold to cement the break. Blake looks like he is beaten and surely there can only be one conclusion from here
3-2 - Brilliant by Mardy Fish! Another break of serve from the lower ranked American. Blake manages to save two break points but the third proves too much for him, some great anticipation from Fish allowing him to return a smash before he sends up an inch perfect lob for a winner
2-2 - Hugely confident hitting from Fish gets him out of a potentially tricky situation from deuce to keep things on serve with another hold
2-1 - Blake holds again to himself narrowly in the lead in this third set. His body language just looks flat tonight and there is no sign of that changing as yet
1-1 - A 10th ace from Fish levels things up at one game apeice
0-1 - Blake holds to love for the opening game of this third set. It's fair to say he hasn't really turned up tonight and he needs to make his move now - Fish is not going to lose this tonight
6-3 - Fish takes the set! Blake manages to save a first set point but Fish is all over the net on the second and puts away a backhand volley to grab the set
5-3 - Blake does well holding for the loss of two points, despite intense pressure, to force Fish to step up and serve out the set
5-2 - Aces number six and seven from Fish leave him just the one game from a two sets to love lead. Blake will have to serve to stay in it after the break
4-2 - A much better game from Blake, who shows in that game, the kind of form that he usually displays. He holds when Fish hits his forehand service return wide. Still a set and a break down though
4-1 - Blake enjoys more success on the Fish serve than he has done all night getting himself to deuce, but the unseeded American quickly slams the door shut to cement the break
3-1 - A angled backhand from Blake lands wide gifting Fish another break point ... Blake manages to save it running Fish all around the court but Fish quickly sets up another with a forehand service return that lands smack on the baseline. Blake is having to work really hard for every point he gets out there and Fish seems to be able to break at ease, which he does again now by wrong-footing Blake
2-1 - Ace number five helps Fish race through another service hold and sling the pressure right back over the net at Blake
1-1 - An easy backhand volley fired straight into the open court sets up a break point for Fish ... Blake manages to save it though and quickly holds with a forehand across court right into the corner
1-0 - Fish is on fire out there tonight as he holds for the first game of the second set with an ace out wide. Blake is simply being outplayed just now
6-3 - And this time he gets it! Blake slaps a forehand deep of the baseline and Fish has the first set!
A-40 - There's a spot of joviality involving not only the crowd but also both the players as Blake almost hits his mate putting away an overhead. But Fish quickly sets up a set point as Blake struggles to find his rhythm. Blake saves it forcing an error from Fish but another error from the seeded player's racquet and Fish has another chance ....
5-3 - Fish comes up with another great passing shot, this time a backhand whipped across the court at an acute angle, to get himself out of a spot of bother on his serve. FIsh goes on to hold and Blake will have to serve to stay in this first set
4-3 - These guys are really painting the lines and Fish earns himself a break point to re-establish that lead with a stunning passing shot of his own ... and once again he only needs the one as he forces Blake into the error
3-3 - Another great passing shot from Blake, this time off the backhand wing, earn him a break back point ... and he grabs it with both hands when Fish hits long. We are back on serve.
3-2 - A stunning forehand passing shot down the line from Blake helps him hold serve to remain just the one break behind and the crowd are really starting to get into this match now
3-1 - Fish really has started this match well and must, so far at least, have Blake slightly concerned. A great serve out wide, which Blake deflects wide down the line, sees the unseeded American hold again
2-1 - Blake gets himself off the mark holding with an ace on game point.
2-0 - Fish holds to cement the early break
