  1. - - So through goes Novak. He is into the third round.

  2. 4-6 - Novak slides to his left to keep the ball alive and Greul puts the winner long, that gives the Serb two match points, neither of which he can take. He makes no mistake on the third, sealing it with an ace which kicks up at Greul. GAME. SET. MATCH NOVAK DJOKOVIC.

  3. 4-5 - Greul saves the first two of Novak's break points, but he puts the third into the net. Novak is now going to be serving for the match.

  4. 4-4 - "OOoooo, strawberries and cream!" Djokovic plays a delightful dropshot to seal his hold.

  5. 4-3 - Novak lobs the ball high into the air which causes the ball to come back down with snow on. The overhead has been causing the German problems all day, but he put that one away.

  6. 3-3 - Ok, I guess we are not going to worry about holding service games any more. Greul breaks with his fifth break point. He gives an almighty groan as he slams the forehand down the line.

  7. 2-3 - No, forget it, Greul's comeback lasts all of two minutes. Djokovic gets three break points and takes the third of them.

  8. 2-2 - Greul has found his venom from the first set once more. He snaps a wicked forehand across court to give him a break point and then secures it when he forces Novak to hit into the net.

  9. 1-2 - Greul finally has a game! But he must have thought it was never going to come. Novak continued to chase down every ball, showing great athletcism to slide into the splits to put one ball back and then racing to the next. When Greul finally did get two game points, the first was saved with a spectacular, 92 mph return from Novak. Greul was able to take the next one though and that puts an end to Novak's streak of games.

  10. 0-2 - Novak hits an ace out wide to wrap up his service game.

  11. 0-1 - And Novak's run of games goes up to seven.

  12. 1-6 - What a set from Novak. He takes 6 games in a row with almost faultless tennis. He is two sets up and all but through to the third round.

  13. 1-5 - You know when the luck is on your side when the ball ricochets off your opponent's racquet and then when you slam the ball into net chord and it falls safe. Novak breaks Greul's serve to love.

  14. 1-4 - Novak holds in double quick time and this match could be ober very quickly.

  15. 1-3 - Novak continues to chase down every ball and it is forcing Greul to go force the winners, he is struggling though and puts the ball into the net on break point.

  16. 1-2 - Novak sends down an ace and he finally looking to be hitting his top form in this match.

  17. 1-1 - Djokovic breaks back immediately.

  18. 1-0 - Greul plays a cute drop shot which Novak, for once, cannot chase down. That gives him his second break point and he takes it with a smash into the empty court. Novak is furious and slams his racquet down in anger.

  19. 5-7 - Greul may want to invest in a cap...perhaps his cap was in that big batch of equipment which was stolen. Novak lobbed the ball deep to the back of the court and Greul hooks the ball wildly long. That gives Novak break point and he seals it when Greul slams the ball into the net.

  20. 5-6 - Djokovic's serve gets him out of trouble, when Greul does get near the service he is casuing Novak problems.

  21. 5-5 - Novak plays a sensational defensive lob at full stretch which lands six inches inside the baseline. That would be all from Novak, he slammed the next three serves into the net and is clearly struggling to time Gruel's serve.

  22. 4-5 - Novak cements his break of servee. Greul is now serving to stay in the set.

  23. 4-4 - Djokovic breaks back and you could see it coming from the first point. Greul nastily ran around his forehand to his favoured backhand and then put the ball into the net. A Gruel double fault hands it to Novak.

  24. 4-3 - As we enter the business end of the set, Djokovic is beginning to find his shots. In the early stages he was looking clueless as to how to win points.

  25. 4-2 - Novak has his arms out stretched, pleading with himself for an answer as to why he put those backhands long. The reason is probably because Greul consistently pushed him back and wide with his ungainly forehand.

  26. 3-2 - Greul plays a quite brilliant pick up shot at the net to flick it over at an actute angle, the speed he generated was even more impressive. Novak double faults to make it 30-30 before holding it out with two aces in a row.

  27. 3-1 - Novak slams the ball into the net and Greul goes up 3-1.

  28. 2-1 - Novak recovers from being 0-30 down to get on the board in the first set.

  29. 2-0 - And Greul makes his start even better, he holds to love.

  30. 1-0 - Greul returns well against Djokovic and the Serbian clips it long to bring up against a break point against his serve. He double faults and that gives the German a brilliant start.

  31. - - Novak to get us rolling.

  32. - - The players are on court and will begin their warm-up presently. Yesterday 300 boxes of adidas kit was stolen from Wimbledon...it hasn't affected Novak though, he still has on his bright adidas Wimbledon whites.

  33. - - Novak dropped the first set against Julien Benneteau on Monday but recovered well to win 6-7 7-6 6-2 6-4. Greul meanwhile defeated Michael Yani in straight sets. Greul came through the qualifiers and this second round appearance is the best performance from him is his best ever return at Grand Slam.

About Ratko, i don't care for him, i only care when­ someone offends all serbian people (what you did), he­ is the reason why Serbia can't go in EU, so he­ should go in Hague (but i can't arrest him myself­ so we need to wait), after all he is already convicted­ as all serbian people, that's our destiny convicted­ before trial even start (that was the case while we­ were under turks, that's the case now when we are­ under americans).
    About UN permission, that is­ ridicolous, you even don't now how that works, so­ please. But I tell you something you were not under UN­ permission, you were under NATO permission, and­ that's the true.

You said that you were here, nobody called you to come,­ and if you were something like soldier or something­ similar that would be really great (because a had a­ chanse to speak with world peacemaker, or keeper of­ weak, or man who accomplishes misssion of God, or­ something like that) i would be honoured.
    And like­ every stupid man you generalize things, you make your­ judgment on a few singled cases, you said that we were­ making crimes, what about americans who bombarded us­ without UN correspondence, what about Iraq (also­ bombarded without any particular reason), Afghanistan,­ now they are doing something similar with Iran (first­ make people of some country to hate each other, then­ you finish them with bombs), South Korea...   9. apologies to you ivanajaa but that is the problem when­ idiots like nikmilet wants to talk politics about an­ innocent comment and assumes he has all the facts. I­ had actually made a sarcastic comment to begin with­ (although I admit I am obsessed with bringing mladic to­ justice) and, mirjanav2000 has apparently taken it like­ that and ignored me. that is the best way to treat­ issues like this. of course i know it is not nice for a­ serb to always hear these things being said about his­ nation but, it is equally unpleasant when an idiot­ immediately gets on his high horse and assumes he is­ talking to a fellow idiot. a lot of scars remain on the­ other side and he is clearly unfeeling and insensitive­ about that. i know the whole history of jugoslavia and­ know how it has all been tainted after tito died. some­ of you are too young to know how influential the man­ was and what good he brought to the world and how he­ united the balkans. indeed one doesn't need to harp­ on about the war but ratko must still be tried for war­ crimes. why doesn't a single serb ever answer this­ question?
