On the whole Federer, considering his age, fared well in his quest to enter the final at the Olympic Games 2012 to play Andy Murray. It was not that bad that he got a Silver Medal for his country. In fact, I would like to congratulate him for his hard fought match against Del Potro who stretched him to 19 games on the 3rd semi-final set before capitulating and losing the set to him. Del Potro did well to trounce Djokovic in straight sets. He deserved the Bronze Medal. My congratulation goes to Murray for his success in winning the Gold Medal. I am sure all these top playeers - Federer, Djokovic, Nadal, Murray, Del Potro, Ferrer, etc will meet one another in many ATP matches in the months ahead. Wish them good health and success in their career.
If he feels the intense pressure , God knows what other players are going through. His excellent service game, his magnificent net-volly and graceful technics combined with his reserved attitude and sportmanship, all are too good for any other player who would face him in finals. Roger is the best among his equals, which nobody can denies, I'm dying to see him getting his Gold Olympic Medal.
GOOD LUCK ROGER. I'll try to find when you are playing and watch - my husband will have to wait for his lunch or tea!!!!! S
come on federen you can do it
