  2. He may well win as emphatically as the Giro, but lets­ wait for the CAS decision and hope and pray he is clean­ !
    Very few TdF winners have kept their title in recent­ years and we have to assume ASO will accept his entry­ judging by past refusals to other suspicious riders.
