Serie A - Matchpack: Milan v Napoli
Team news, manager quotes and match facts ahead of the weekend's Serie A clash between Milan and Napoli at the San Siro.
Napoli have a strong squad with skipper Paolo Cannavaro set to make it after recovering from an ankle injury.
Massimiliano Allegri (Milan): "They (Napoli) have great qualities, both as individuals and a collective, while Napoli have the characteristics to climb into the important spots of the table. We will play with two strikers. Luca Antonini is more likely to start than Djamel Mesbah, but at the moment this is the only big question mark for me."
Walter Mazzarri (Napoli): "We know each other well by now. I have a few options in my mind to surprise Milan and we must hit them in their weak spots. I won’t give any clue on who will start, as I don’t want to provide my opponents with an advantage.”
Napoli’s 3-1 win in the reverse fixture ended AC Milan’s unbeaten run against the Partenopei (three wins and three draws).
On that occasion, AC Milan took the lead thanks to an Aquilani goal, before Cavani scored a hat-trick: that was the only game lost by the Rossoneri after having taken the lead this term.

On that occasion, K.P.Boateng scored his first goal at the San Siro for AC Milan.
AC Milan have already lost two games in 2012, including last Wednesday’s defeat against Lazio; they lost only three in the whole 2011.
However, at home Massimiliano Allegri’s side have won seven of their last eight games in the league.
The goal scored by Diego Milito in the derby was the only goal conceded by AC Milan in their last five home games.
Despite losing to Lazio in their last game, the Rossoneri remain the best attacking side of this competition with 43 goals.
AC Milan also have the best defensive record at home, with just five goals conceded.
