Scottish skip Warwick Smith remains unbeaten at the men’s World Curling Championships in Cortina d'Ampezzo.
Smith and Canadian rival Kevin Koe are the only rinks to have won all three of their early group encounters.
The newly-crowned Scottish champion beat Sweden 8-4 with an end to spare and then pushed aside France 8-6 thanks to a rare five in the seventh end.
"It's going well and it seems to be working," said an understated Smith, who faces China and Denmark on Wednesday, rinks who have lost just one of their three matches.
"I think we’ve just continued the momentum from the Scottish Championships."
