Ups and downs: All the permutations
A look at all the promotion and relegation permutations across the divisions this weekend.
Wolves have been relegated. Blackburn Rovers and Bolton Wanderers occupy the other two drop-zone spots with two games left, while Aston Villa, Wigan Athletic and QPR remain at risk of taking their place.
Charlton Athletic have been promoted as champions.
Swindon Town have been promoted as champions.
Shrewsbury Town have been promoted as runners-up.
The third automatic promotion place will be decided on the last day between Crawley Town and Torquay United, who are level on 81 points. Both are confirmed in the play-offs, as are Southend United and Cheltenham Town. Crewe and Oxford contest the final play-off spot.
Macclesfield Town have been relegated. Hereford United must win their final fixture of the season and hope Barnet fail to do the same to avoid joining them.
