Ligue 1 - Lucho doubt for Rennes clash
Marseille midfielder Lucho Gonzalez was taken off during the 2-1 defeat to Lille at the weekend with "muscular problems", boss Didier Deschamps said
Gonzalez (pictured to the right of Lille's Eden Hazard) was withdrawn at half-time during Sunday’s turnaround at the Stade Velodrome.
He was replaced by striker Andre-Pierra Gignac as l’OM conceded an injury-time goal to Pierre-Alain Frau.
The Argentine may skip the Ligue 1 match at Rennes on Friday night but is expected to be fit for the second leg of the Champions League last-16 clash with Manchester United on March 15.
In the same match Lille defender Franck Beria suffered a heavy knock to his shin.
Lille are four points clear of Marseille at the top of Ligue 1, with the southern side behind Lyon on goal difference in fourth.
